Keep all packaging while I help resolve the issue.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Unpacking Your Print<\/strong><br \/>\nCarefully remove the end cap and gently slide out the wrapped print. Unroll it on a clean, dry surface, keeping the glassine between the artwork and anything placed on top.
